Cozy - Safe Returns & Exchange Policy

At Cozy, every product is made with love and care. Each piece is handcrafted or thoughtfully curated to bring warmth, comfort, and beauty into your home. 

We take every step to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition; but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right with a smooth and thoughtful exchange process. 

1. When You Can Return or Exchange a Product

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If your product has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery (based on courier tracking status).

  • Damaged or Soiled Item: If your product arrives damaged, soiled, or defective, please inform us within 3 days of delivery.

2. How to Report an Issue

To request a return or exchange, please share a clear photo or video of the issue via:

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps. Please wait for confirmation before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return & Exchange Process

Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and instructions. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags, packaging and the purchase bill intact.

Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll process your exchange. If the same product is available, we’ll replace it with a fresh, undamaged piece. 

If it’s unavailable, you can choose another product of the same value from our Cozy collection or select something of higher value by paying the difference.

Please note: At Cozy, we don’t process cash or bank refunds; instead, we’ll be happy to help you find another beautiful product you’ll love just as much.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Returns based on personal preferences (e.g., “didn’t like the color,” “not as expected,” etc.)

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

Please remember that minor variations in color or texture are natural and part of the beauty of handcrafted products.
